With over 36 years of nursing experience, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Quality Team at Pendleside Hospice. Her varied role encompasses staff education and development, supporting students and newly qualified nurses, leading audit activities, and contributing to policy development. She also works collaboratively with colleagues at Rossendale Hospice, helping to strengthen quality assurance processes and promote the highest standards of care across both organisations.
